The Faces - Strawberry Mountain Fair - 180g Yellow Vinyl

Strawberry Mountain Fair was held outside Mission, Vancouver on the weekend of May 16th-17th 1970. The site was idyllic, surrounded by meadows, trees, streams and a waterfall, but the event was marked by bad weather and tensions with locals and police. Inaccurately billed as the Small Faces, the Faces played a superb set on the Sunday, shot through with their usual infectious swagger. The full performance, broadcast live by CBC-FM, is presented here with background notes and images.

Pressed on 180g Yellow Vinyl and presented in a hand numbered sleeve with full colour 2 page insert with informative liners and archival images.
