Born in the sweaty back alleys of South Florida in the early 2000s, The Mary Tyler Whores built their reputation on chaos, controversy, and unforgettable live performances. Fronted by Frankie "Crime" Cassara and featuring early contributions from the late Joey Image of the legendary Misfits (Horror Business era), the band quickly developed a cult following while sharing stages with punk-rock icons including Iggy Pop, GBH, Murphy's Law, The Casualties, The Bouncing Souls, and T.S.O.L..

In 2023, Frankie resurrected the band with much of the original wrecking crew intact and entered the studio with Greg Hetson to record As Filthy As We Wanna Be. The fifteen-track punk-rock assault features guest appearances from Angelo Moore and Riff Raff, capturing the band at its loudest, filthiest, and most unapologetic.
