The fusion of orchestra with modern music is nothing new, but Globus imparts its uniquely creative approach to this marriage in such a way that the band can rightfully claim vanguard status in the Epic Rock genre. Since their 2006 debut album 'Epicon' (top 20 UK album pop charts, #12 Billboard singles), Globus have been blending original cinematic and trailer scores with melodic alternative, rock and world music song stylings. This has led to dozens of synch licenses in film (Spiderman, Harry Potter), television (Robot Chicken, Top Gear) and advertising (Spec Savers, Glenfiddich), as well as a worldwide, multi-generational fan base eagerly awaiting it's new 2022 album 'Cinematica'.

Founded by multiple award-winning composer/producer Yoav Goren (also known for his work with Leonard Cohen) and featuring a diverse pool of lead vocalists (Lisbeth Scott, Anneke van Giersbergen) and A-list orchestras (LSO, Northwest Sinfonia), Globus weaves deeply emotional and cinematic stories in every single song, with influences spanning from Queen to Muse to Pink Floyd to Radiohead to Ennio Morricone and ELO.
