Eoin Dillon is a piper and pipe maker originally from Blackrock in Dublin. A founding member of international touring outfit Kila, Eoin has been playing the pipes since the tender age of 15. Previously Eoin has performed with Hector Zazu, Manus Lunny and Jane Sibery and 'The Third Twin' is his third solo outing.
'The Third Twin' embodies a pioneering approach to the age-old muse that is known as the Dublin style of piping. Eoin composed the majority of the ten instrumental tunes on the album, which is a vigorous, rich listen. Accompanying him on the recording are the skillful trio of Steven Larkin on fiddle & violin, Frank Tate on Bouzouki and Des Charleton on guitar.
